Notes

Later Versions of Acrobat

Extending Acrobat Forms was written for Acrobat 5. There is no plan to update the book in its current form (although I am considering publishing an updated on-line version). The Acrobat Journal has several articles discussing the creation of forms in more-current versions of Acrobat.
